Please remember every one is different and to listen to your piercer above all else you read on the internet. Making sure you go to a reputable piercer makes sure you can trust them and go back to them for all questions and concerns.
Keep in mind, if you get a piercing at one studio and then go to another one to get advice if there is a 'problem' - you are very likely to get bad advice and have the original piercer made out to be a bad piercer. Sometimes, you will just have a bad piercer, but if you did your research and went to a good studio - you are likely getting bad advice to take your business from the original piercer. We recommend always going back to the original piercer first and if you are unsatisfied or are still having issues - then get advice from someone else.
